112 6. The Wizard

You can also access the Wizard by clicking the
New icon in any Workspace Toolbar, or by
choosing File > New Show From Wizard from
the Menu Bar.

Step 1: Photos, Videos and Text
The first step is to add your photos and videos or add text slides that will be
used by the Wizard to create your new show. You can use any image or
video file that is supported by ProShow. As you add content, a thumbnail
for each item will be added to the content box.

To Add Photos and Videos
1. Click the Add icon.

2. Locate the file(s) on your computer that you
wish to add.

3. Select the file(s) and click Open.

To add multiple files to the Wizard at the same time,
use the Shift or CTRL keys as you select your content.
With all desired files highlighted, click Open to add
them to the Wizard.

New additions to your show will appear after the
currently selected item. This allows you to insert new content anywhere in
your show.

Simply select where you wish to add the new content and click the Add (+)
icon. The new content will be added just to the right of the selected
content.
