Layer Filters

Layer Filters are another option you can use to change the look of your
images and videos. Unlike other Adjustments, Filters are pre-made effects
that you can apply to any layer in a slide with just a few clicks. Often, Layer
Filters combine several Adjustment effects that create looks similar to what
you’ll find using Instagram or other smart phone photo filters.

To Apply a Layer Filter

1. Open the Slide Options window, and select the layer you wish to
edit.

2. Above the Preview, click the Filters tab

3. Beneath the preview, you’ll find the Layer Filter pane. From the
drop-down list, choose your preferred filter.
4. Next, use the slider to adjust the Strength of the filter.

ProShow features 45+ Layer Filters, many of which work by adjusting the
colors within an image. As such, some filters might not have a noticeable
impact. For example, an image without much of a green tint won’t appear
all that different when applying a filter that’s mostly adjusting the green
color channel.
