To access the Effects (FX) window, simply click the Effects (FX) icon in the
Build Workspace Toolbar or the Design Workspace Toolbar. You can
also use the keyboard shortcut CTRL + E.
Note: Filters are built-in presets and cannot be added, removed,
customized or created.
