78 3. The Three Workspaces

Saving a Custom Workspace
Once you have arranged your Workspace in a way that you like, you can
save that Window Layout for future use:
1. Click on Window in the Help
Menu Bar. ,/ Build Alt+Fl
Design Alt+F2
2. Choose Save Window Publish Alt+F3
Layout from the menu
Switch Workspace Ctrl+ Tab
that appears.

3. Enter a name for your View Options
layout and click on Save. Save Window Layout
Load Window Layout

Default Window Layout Ctrl+Shift+Alt+O
Your layout has now been saved.

The next time you open ProShow that custom Workspace and Window
Layout will appear.

If you tinker with your layout one day and want to restore your Workspace
to your custom layout, simply choose Load Window Layout from the same
menu.
