             Font Browser Options
By default, the sample text in the browser is set to “The quick brown fox
jumped over the lazy dog”, but you’re not limited to this sample. The Font
Browser features several options, designed to help give you an even better
idea of how a font will look when applied.

You’ll find these options at the bottom of the window:
                • Caption will change the sample text used in the browser to match
the exact text of a selected caption in the Captions List.
                • Click Sample to display the sample text.

                • Rather than use specific text, Characters shows you how a font
will display each letter, number and symbol.

                • Configure Sample Text opens ProShow’s preferences. From here,
you can customize the sample text however you choose.

Font names aren’t always easy to remember, and many fonts look alike. To
help you access your preferred fonts more quickly, the Font Browser also
features additional options designed to help you save time when adding
             new captions.

                • At the top of the browser, the Recent tab will give you a list of
your recently used fonts –making it quick and easy to view and
                    apply frequently used fonts.

                • It’s always a good practice to make sure your captions maintain a
consistent look between slides. The Used in Show tab can give
you a hand with that, by showing you which fonts are currently
                    being used in a show.
