On the left is a sample of a more traditional Transparent Ellipse vignette. On
the right, the Type is set to Solid Color, the Shape is a Rounded Rectangle,
and both the Corners and Borders options have been checked –which
creates a classic, instant camera snapshot look.

             Vignette Tips

It’s quite common to find a vignette look that you want to user over and
over again. To help your improve your workflow, ProShow will remember
the last custom Vignette Type and Options settings that you configured.
The next time you open the window, you can simply click Ok to apply those
             settings to a new slide.

If you have a variety of vignettes that you enjoy, you can also add your own
             vignettes to the presets list.

Begin by adjusting your Type and Options settings. Next, click the (+) Add
button beneath the presets list. Your custom vignette will now appear at
             the bottom of the list.

To remove a custom, or built-in preset, simply make a selection and click the
             Trashcan/remove button.

If you end up deleting built-in vignettes but you really want them back, you
can restore the built-in presets list. However, doing so will delete any
             custom presets you’ve added.

To restore the defaults, first, close ProShow. Then, open an explorer
window and look for the following directory:
             C:\ProgramData\Photodex\ProShow Producer

From here, locate and delete the file called vignettes.def. When you restart
Producer, the built-in presets list will be restored.
